RESERVATION INFORMATION
Summer time is our peak season. The earlier you book in the year the greater chance you have of getting the cabin you want. Family Reunions and large groups looking to book the whole facility are advised to book a year in advance when possible.
Reservations are taken by phone or by booking online. At the time of the booking we will require a credit card for deposit. We will also ask if you have an idea on your arrival time, especially for those traveling with small children. Please let us know if you believe you may be arriving prior to our 4 pm check-in time. When possible, we will try and clean your cabin first so you can get the little ones settled in after your long trip.
We will be happy to help with any special needs you may require during your stay. Oxygen service is available in our area and it will be our pleasure to set you up with their services should you require them.
Our front desk staff will be happy to provide you with any additional information you request that is available to us.
POLICIES

- Check-in is not guaranteed until 4 pm
- Check-out is at 11am
- If your travel plans necessitate a late check-in please contact us directly for specific check-in instructions.
Peak Season
A minimum of 2 nights are required unless we are able to fill a slot in between bookings then a stay of one night will be accepted on the cabin that is available for that night.
Holiday
A three to five night minimum stay at Peak Season Rates is required during these dates.

Advance Deposits
An advance deposit of half of the amount of your stay including tax is required at the time of booking. Reservations are held with credit cards only. Checks will be accepted if received within 10 business days of booking.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only. Reservations for the 2008 summer season will be taken and held with a credit card. All deposits for the 2008 summer season will be made in March of 2008.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and shortened stays made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival will be refunded less a $35 per unit cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days are non-refundable.
Groups of three or more cabins are subject to a 60 day cancellation period. Written notice is required for any cancellation. Fax is available; e-mail is not accepted.
Additional Charges
- Rollaway $10/night. Must be reserved in advance - subject to availability.
- Cribs $10 per stay. Must be reserved in advance - subject to availability.
- Lost Key Charge: $10 per key.
- Late check out fees will be charged if you do not depart by 11am.
- Extra $100 Cleaning fee will be assessed to cabins that are left excessively dirty, including kitchens.
- Damage Fees will apply to any ruined linens, broken or severely damaged furniture, carpet or appliances.
- You will be billed for any missing items.
Additional Information
- Absolutely NO PETS allowed on property.
- Maximum parking per cabin is one vehicle.
- NO SMOKING allowed inside any of the cabins. Please use the ashtrays provided for smoking out side on your porch.
- These are non-housekeeping cabins. If you are staying over 4 nights and would like fresh bedding and a tidy please go to the front desk at Daven Haven Lodge to request this service, we will be happy to accommodate you.
- To help us conserve water we ask that you hang your bath towels and re-use them during your stay.
- By accepting this confirmation you assume responsibility for maintaining the rental unit and agree to be held liable for any and all fees arising from damage to the unit or resort property. You also assume responsibility for the actions of all members of your party.
